Beautiful view from the terrace and peaceful and quiet space to enjoy

It's far from mall road

Clean, food was good , room service was okk , good view , amazing terrace and restaurant.

No power back up , every night there is a black out in the hotel room , they didn’t even provide a candle . Tv of the room only have 1 Hindi channel . Water in the tap went away while bathing and it took around 40 mins for the water back up .

The room location was nearby Hidimba temple so it was good.

The room cleaning was not proper and the staff was not that helpful

Location is good just beside van vihar and hidimba devi temple,, wonderful view from hotel top, very pleasant stay, rooms are very big and clean, restaurant food taste is awesome.

There is no lift inside.

Beds are old and floors made of marble chips, very cold. Cold Air was coming from windows. Bathrooms commod seats were not fixed and moving with slight movement

2 Kms. From Mall Road. Every time either you have to give parking fee or Rs. 200/- for Auto charges for two kilometres. No good restaurant nearby. Even refused to make available buffet breakfast. You have to use al-a- carte, which are priced at a very high cost.

Bathroom tiles were broken sand coming out, they are scammer,they will cancel your booking form sites and ask you for extra charge. Also dont ask them for any taxi of cab the taxi will aslo scam you, spot the taxi on such places where you can be fooled easily so dont buy any packages from where the taxi driver stops the taxi. They took 6000 and the real price of the package was 300 only.they will tell that this is the govt approved rates but they will not provide any bills with GST

The Stay and Food was quite good. The Breakfast and dinner was fresh. We liked the behavior of the staff as well. Their terrace garden was also beutiful .Everything was really satisfactory. We would highly recommend to stay at that hotel mountain top for families and couples.

There was nothing we didn't like..

The room size was good and the staff was helpful

The room had painted newly and so it stuck in our hands and clothes. And also there was a power cut for almost 4hrs in the morning. And the room was not so clean.

Unclean and not properly maintained....rooms are suffocated...no provision for lift so it's uncomfortable for elders... It's quite far from Mall road...

Amazing experience ,best mountain view from there.Hotel staff is well behaved, humble and responsive. Food was delecious.Everything about this hotel is nice. I would highly recommend hotel Mountain top to everybody.

Hotel is amazing and at a perfect location. Mountain view is mesmerising.Hotel has good working staff and service is really quick.We enjoyed staying there and totally satisfied with their hospitality.

Welcoming staff and excellent service. Hotel room was spacious enough and beautiful from inside. Food quality was good.We got the value for our money as we booked this lovely hotel.We'll visit again this hotel if we get any chance in future to visit Manali.

We had the awesome stay at Mountain Top. Its location is really peaceful. We got the amazing view of dence forest , beautiful snow peaks. We felt so good and enjoyed spending time there.Staff and service also was too good. I would rate them 10 out of 10.

Exceptional

Best category room was provided to us. It was beautiful , comfortable mattresses and bed.Room service was fast. Food and dining options were available in their in house restaurant. Rooftop was amazingly beautiful and the scenic view from there was awesome.

Excellent staff and service. In house restaurant was available there with multiple food options. Food quality & taste was so good. Room was nice and clean, hygienic washroom. Well maintained property and the staff was professional. We loved hotel Mountain top.

Mountain top is the best hotel in Manali. Parking available just outside the reception area. Beautiful entrance. Room was nice and spacious . Mountain view is mesmerising from the big beautiful terrace. Terrace area is common ,we enjoyed the beauty of mountains and forest from there. It was a great day. We shall come again soon.

Won't recommend anyone.

We checked in by 4 o'clock . The room was still not ready. The bedsheet had hairs and towels were used. There was no intercom in the room as well.Next morning, we were harassed because they could not get our car out of parking because somebody had parked their car behind ours. We had given them our car keys for the whole night. Still, we had to face the issue. When the car guy came, he said that he lived nearby and wasn't even informed once about the problem when we had been waiting for the morning. The manager or the complaint center nobody will pick your call. Because of all this, we had to face a lot of traffic jam at Vashisht temple.

Hotel is in perfect location with great view from terrace food is great nest and clean room with good service.

it was extremely nice. people are understanding. staff is cooperative. food was delicious. the best part was the view from the room. i came for the view and i got it. it was really very nice staying with mountain top. highly recommend to those who are looking from little quiter place away from city with extraordinary views and fabulous food. ?
